Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the xn303 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. xn303 enforces a strict 21+ policy in compliance with prevailing standards for online gaming platforms serving the Indonesian market.

2.2 Residency. The xn303 Platform is designed and operated primarily for players who are residents of Indonesia. You represent that your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether access to xn303 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.

2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions. xn303 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly and absolutely prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend access, or close Accounts belonging to users in Prohibited Jurisdictions at any time, with or without prior notice, and to void any related pending wagers.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active xn303 Account. The registration, use, or control of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes. xn303 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Member.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. xn303 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are active is your sole responsibility.

3.4 Account Transfer. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your xn303 Account or any rights arising from it to any other party.

3.5 KYC Verification. xn303 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any stage, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. xn303 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP (bank transfer); OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet). All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion fees are charged by xn303 on deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account and will be returned, subject to applicable bank processing times.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. xn303 targets withdrawal processing within 3–10 minutes for bank transfer requests and near-instant processing for e-wallet requests under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal times may be extended during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or when KYC verification is pending.

4.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your xn303 Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. xn303 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that appear suspicious or inconsistent with your stated profile.

4.6 Withdrawal to Original Method. Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. xn303 reserves the right to require verification of the withdrawal destination account.

4.7 No Cash-Out of Bonus-Only Balance. A Balance consisting exclusively of Bonus Credits that has not met the applicable Wagering Requirement may not be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and fully rolled-over bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

5.1 General Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by xn303 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the more specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement (commonly expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 5x, 8x, 10x) before any portion of the bonus or derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible game types, and time limits are stated on each promotion's terms page.

5.3 One Bonus Per Person. xn303 operates a strict policy of one active bonus per Account at any time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously, or exploiting promotional mechanics through coordinated multi-Account strategies, constitutes prohibited conduct and will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and potential Account suspension.

5.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Wagering. When wagering through a Bonus Balance, a maximum single bet limit of Rp 200.000 per round or per bet slip applies unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets placed above this limit during bonus wagering will not contribute to Wagering Requirement completion and may result in bonus forfeiture.

5.5 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirement completion. Typically: slot games contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10%–20%; sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. Full contribution tables are published on the xn303 Promotions page and may be updated periodically.

5.6 xn303 Right to Modify. xn303 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a Member is actively engaged in wagering requirements, xn303 will assess the situation fairly and communicate the outcome to the affected Member.

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on xn303 — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and card game titles — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or verified live dealer procedures from studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and PG Soft. Game outcomes are not manipulable by xn303 or any third party.

6.2 Sportsbook Rules. Sportsbook wagers are governed by the specific rules for each sport and market as displayed at the time the bet is placed. In the event of match cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, the applicable settlement rules (e.g., "void and refund" or "dead heat") are applied per the published sport-specific rules. xn303's sportsbook decisions on bet settlement are final.

6.3 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by xn303. xn303 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including in cases where a pricing error is identified, where the outcome of an event has already been determined at the time of bet placement, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the relevant game or market interface. These limits may be varied at xn303's discretion, including on a per-Account basis where warranted.

6.5 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (combination accumulator betting, popular in the Indonesian sportsbook market) is available on selected football and sports markets. Mix parlay selections are subject to minimum odds per leg and maximum payout caps as displayed at the point of bet placement. A minimum of two (2) selections are required; at least one selection must be from a live or upcoming match.

6.6 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during a game round that prevents the round from completing normally, xn303 will endeavour to resolve the affected round based on server-side records. Where resolution is not possible, xn303 will void the affected wager and return the stake to the Member's Balance.

7.1 Commitment. xn303 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and promoting responsible gambling among all its Members. All xn303 products and services are intended solely as a form of adult entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, we urge you to make use of the tools available to you.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. You may request self-exclusion from the xn303 Platform at any time. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to access the Platform or receive any marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within two (2) hours of receipt.

7.3 Deposit and Loss Limits. You may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits and loss limits from your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.

7.4 Minor Protection. If you are aware that a minor has accessed or may access your Account, please contact xn303 support immediately. Keep your login credentials secure and never leave an active session unattended on a device accessible to persons under 21.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xn303 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other individual in doing so, to circumvent xn303 policies or claim multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated mechanism to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or game malfunctions to generate unearned winnings; any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting scheme intended to manipulate outcomes or exploit sportsbook pricing.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure, including but not limited to denial-of-service attacks, SQL injection, or unauthorised data scraping.
• Impersonating any xn303 employee, agent, or other Member.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with xn303 staff or other Members via any support or community channel.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the xn303 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, user interface designs, text, software, game assets, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of xn303 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License. xn303 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without xn303's prior written consent.

9.3 User Content. Where you submit any content to xn303 (including support messages, feedback, or reviews), you grant xn303 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

xn303 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. xn303 does not sell personal data to third parties and applies industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls — to protect Member data against unauthorised access or disclosure.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xn303 and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

11.2 xn303 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may temporarily affect access.

11.3 xn303 is not responsible for any losses arising from Force Majeure events, including telecommunications outages, payment network failures, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers.

11.4 Where xn303's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the value of the real-money balance held in your Account at the time the relevant issue arose.

12.1 By xn303. xn303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, detection of prohibited conduct, or failure to complete KYC verification.

12.2 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed by xn303 as a result of a verified breach of these Terms & Conditions, xn303 may forfeit some or all of the Account balance at its discretion, depending on the severity of the breach. Where an Account is closed for administrative reasons with no fault on the Member's part, any verifiable real-money balance will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following satisfactory KYC completion.

12.3 By the Member. You may close your xn303 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any positive real-money balance at the time of closure is subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (whether contractual or non-contractual) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the internal operational policies of xn303. Any unresolved dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.

xn303 operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform in accordance with international gaming standards, using SSL Encryption and Provably Fair Games methodology. xn303 does not represent that it is licensed by any specific Indonesian government body, given the current legal framework applicable to online gambling in Indonesia.

xn303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xn303 will notify active Members via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will become effective on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the xn303 Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
